SL
I feel very positive about SL because it allows us to construct alternative models of the world. Inside them we can experience what it might feel like to live in a different social order. I think that by interacting in SL we can experiment with the political, economic, and social aspects of the real world and be able to draw conclusions that would help us with real world problems. However, I belief that the life’s of people in SL are never totally digital disconnected from the real world. As people step into the digital world to escape reality, they always end up forgetting that the real world and person to person interactions are much different and complex than virtual reality. By interacting in SL we learn things about our first lives which allow us to step over certain rules, play different roles, and see the entire world from a new perspective.

I agree with you on this because from the second life, we can learn more about how society is and how it functions with one another. I also agree on the part about how the life of people in the second life are never digitally disconnected with the real world. Many times, people tend to be so absorbed in their second life, they don't notice what's happening around them. However, in the end, they have to realize, that's not their real lives that they're living.
